Open Day: Day of Clay
To celebrate the touring of our 2022 exhibition Body Vessel Clay: Black Women, Ceramics & Contemporary Art to York Art Gallery between 24 June – 18 September 2022, we will be opening for a ‘Day of Clay’ on Friday 29 July 2022.
Join us for more chances to play with clay, including the reopening of our clay room where you can create your own works of art from air drying clay and a clay workshop with Ibukun Baldwin – appropriate for all ages and abilities.
The day also offers time to look around Two Temple Place and and speak to our knowledgeable Gallery Stewards about the building’s history and craftsmanship. We will also have a building trail onsite for younger visitors!
