2024 Hire Rates

Day Hire

Available May – December 

Full day hire (09:00–17:00) – from £8,000 + VAT

Full day and evening hire (09:00–23:00) – from £15,000 + VAT

Evening Hire

Available May – December 

Drinks reception (18:00–21:00) – from £7,000 + VAT

Dinner (18:00–23:00) – from £9,000 + VAT

To extend the above timings there will be an additional fee of £1,500 + VAT per hour subject to availability.

Late night extensions until 04:00 are available upon request and subject to approval by Westminster Council and require a one off admin fee of £250+VAT.
