Walk and Talk: with West Central London Mind
What is Walk and Talk?
Walk and Talk is a preventative mental health initiative that takes groups of individuals on guided walks in and around West Central London to promote physical and mental health, combat loneliness and connect people to their community.
During Spring 2026, we will be facilitating walks for led by two lived experience facilitators. Each session will last approximately two hours and explore locations of cultural or historical interest, including the historical area around Temple, the River and 2 Temple Place.
What is a Walk and Talk Facilitator?
A Walk and Talk facilitator are pivotal to the success of the group, creating a welcoming space for individuals, overseeing meetups and the walks themselves, and ensuring events are welcoming, inclusive and safe. The walks scheduled for 2 Temple Place will be led by our experienced facilitators, Karl and Alina.
The walks will take place on 12th March 2026, and 16th April. Meeting place outside of the Artist Garden Space. Finishing at Two Temple Place to see The Weight of Being.
