Building Tour: Characters of Two Temple Place
Two Temple Place is a dazzling neo-Gothic architectural gem, commissioned by and built for William Waldorf Astor and designed by John Loughborough Pearson in the 1890s.
The building now provides us with a vivid narrative of William Waldorf Astor’s interests and passions, joyfully reflected in the beautifully carved interiors.
Join this exclusive tour for London Festival of Architecture to discover more about the literary and dramatic characters of Two Temple Place and what they tell us about Astor – through tales from Shakespeare, Arthurian legend, and classics of French & American literature!
Limited spaces available.
The tour will last approx. 1 hr including time for any questions.
