Friends Exclusive: Trip to Sutton House
Sutton house is one of London’s last remaining Tudor houses, originally built in 1535 as the family home for Sir Ralph Sadleir who was later Secretary of State for Henry VIII.
The house has gone through many transformations, it was a Victorian School, a Men’s institute in World War One, a Trade Union office in the 1960s and 70s and a punk squat in the 1980s.
Friends of Two Temple Place are invited to an exclusive guided tour, discover more about the lives, passions and scandals of some of its most intriguing residents.
