Celebration of Makers

Join us over four days to celebrate the incredible craftsmanship behind the elaborate decoration at Two Temple Place.

Across all four days of the event there will be live demonstrations of the crafts used to create the building – including stone carving, wood carving, gilding, and conservation, in collaboration with City and Guilds of London Art School as well as creative workshops for all ages (see details below).

Understanding stained glass with The Stained Glass Museum will be happening throughout the day on Thursday 28 August and Crafty Fox Market are taking over the Lower Gallery on Saturday 30th August with their first Sample & Seconds makers market in 3 years!

There will be a series of ticketed talks about the building, the people who made it, and its wider history throughout the four days – see the programme of workshops and talks below and book tickets through our ‘What’s On’ page.

The Celebration of Makers benefits from the financial support of the Fleet Street Quarter Community Fund 2025.
