Venue Hire Rates 2026/2027

Day Hire
Available between May-December

Full day hire from £8,500 + VAT (9am-5pm)

Full day and evening hire from £17,000 + VAT (9am – 11pm)

Evening Hire
Available between May – December

Drinks reception for up to 300 guests from £8,500 + VAT (6pm – 9pm)

Dinners for up to 120 guests from £11,000 + VAT (6pm – 11pm)

Supplier access from 4pm

Wedding Hire
Available between May – December

Ceremony and Reception from £16,000 + VAT (2pm – 1am)
Supplier courtyard access from 10.30am. House access from 11am.

Reception only from £14,000 + VAT (3.00pm – 1am)
Supplier courtyard access from 12pm, house access from 12.30pm.

The above timings show guest access times. For setup, suppliers will have access 2 hours prior to guest arrival (unless otherwise stated) and must have cleared the venue 1 hour after guest departure.

We can apply for a late licence up until 4am. For a late-night extension there is an additional fee of £1,500 + VAT per hour plus a one off £250 + VAT admin fee for hire after 1am. This is subject to availability and must be requested at least two months prior to your event, so we have time to seek the necessary approval from Westminster Council.

We ask that clients use only our Approved Suppliers. If you wish to consider a supplier not our list this will be decided on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of the Two Temple Place Events Team. We charge an additional fee for using a non-approved supplier and this may incur an additional staff required as well.

Capacities

Two Temple Place is available for exclusive hire only, offering complete privacy to you and your guests.
